The Springfield Life from Stone 2025 stands as a true icon among South Africa's premier Sauvignon Blancs. Each vine’s planting required immense human effort—destructive machinery and even dynamite were employed in the older vineyards. This wine is a genuine expression of the terroir unique to this remarkable site.
The grapes were harvested at night, followed by a 21-day fermentation in stainless steel tanks. The wine then matured on its lees for 100 days, exclusively in steel.

Der beste Sauvignon Blanc
So viel Frucht und angenehme Säure. Der sticht einfach raus. Sehr gelungen

Frisch, mineralisch, genau mein Geschmack!
Wirklich ein außergewöhnlicher Wein zu einem günstigen Preis. Schmeckt nach viel mehr als er kostet. Sehr schöne Komplexität mit langem Abgang.
