The Mothership is aptly named, representing the original 1964 'mother' parcel of Chenin Blanc.
Das Traubengut für diesen preisgekrönten Chenin Blanc alter Buschreben wurde bei optimalem Reifegrad gelesen und haben zwischen sechs und 12 Stunden Hautkontakt. Der Wein wird für eine langsame Gärung mit wilden Hefen in 2000-Liter-Fässer und Betoneier abgefüllt.
