Named after the three distinct sandstone types that nourish the Cabernet Sauvignon vines, the Stellenzicht Tristone Cabernet Sauvignon 2022 showcases the terroir's unique character. Die Trauben werden am Morgen von Hand geerntet. Die ganzen Beeren werden sieben bis zehn Tage lang vergoren. Der Wein reift 18 Monate in französischen Eichenfässern mit 30% neuer Eiche, bevor er verschnitten und abgefüllt wird.
