The Survivor Terroir Sauvignon Blanc is a vibrant expression of the famed Elgin terroir, delivering a wine brimming with personality. Aromas of pink grapefruit, passion fruit, and white pear leap from the glass, complemented by a slate-like, zesty acidity that invigorates the palate. On the palate, it achieves a remarkable balance; its freshness is enriched by a subtle lees texture, culminating in a lingering finish that entices the senses.
The wine was fermented in stainless steel tanks, maintaining a temperature of around 13°C over three weeks. After three months on the fine lees, it was racked and sulfured before bottling.
