Product information "Tall Horse Pinotage 2024"

The Tall Horse Pinotage flows into the glass in a deep ruby red with a purple rim. As soon as it is poured, it exudes lush sweet cherry aromas paired with a hint of dark chocolate. On the palate, this semi-dry red opens soft and sweet tannins with ripe fruit aromas and notes of roasted coffee beans. Its wonderfully integrated wood note and its fruity soft finish complete this delicious pleasure!

Treatment in the cellar

The grapes for this Pinotage come from a variety of different macroclimates. For the fermentation process, the grapes were fermented for 7 days at 24 to 28 °C with skin contact in order to obtain maximum colour and aromas for the wine. After pressing, the wine was wooded for 3 months in steel tanks using French oak.
