Leider schon etwas müde
Zunächst: Es ist ein absolut guter Produzent! Ich habe den 2025er Jahrgang verkostet. Ich bin überzeugt, dass der 2026er viel frischer ist. Das Olivenöl aus 2025 ist leider schon etwas müde. Es fehlen bereits jegliche Aromen, die ein Olivenöl interessant machen. Es ist bestimmt dem Alter geschuldet. Ich warte gespannt auf das 2027er im April. Das 25er werde ich als Bratolivenöl weiter verwenden.
