The grapes were fully destemmed, hand-sorted, crushed, and subjected to a two-day cold maceration in stainless steel tanks. After fermentation, the wine remained on the skins for an additional two days before pressing and transferring to barrels for malolactic fermentation. It was aged for 18 months in French barriques, with 30% new oak and 70% used barrels.
