The grapes were destemmed, hand-sorted, and crushed before undergoing a two-day cold soak in stainless steel tanks. After fermentation, the wine was macerated for an additional two days before pressing and was filled into barriques for malolactic fermentation, where it aged for 18 months in 100% French oak—30% new and 70% previously used.
