Information about "Thelema Rabelais 2022"
The Thelema Rabelais 2022 captivates with its vibrant and concentrated aromas of dark berry fruits, cassis, a hint of mocha, and fragrant cedar wood. Nuances of vanilla and luscious sweet fruit on the palate offer refined tannins, culminating in a lengthy and elegant finish, elevating the tasting experience to new heights!
This Bordeaux blend is a sensational expression, crafted from only the finest fruit from the vintage. Select barrels were identified, deemed worthy to carry the esteemed name Rabelais.
Handpicked, destemmed, sorted, and crushed, the wine was then fermented in stainless steel tanks. After five days and the completion of fermentation, the wine remained on skins for an additional two days before pressing and undergoing malolactic fermentation in new French 225L barriques, maturing for a total of 18 months prior to bottling.
