Das Traubengut wird per Hand gelesen und nach der Gärung folgen noch zwei Tage Schalenkontakt. Nach dem Pressen wird der Wein in zweit-und dritt befüllte Eichenfässer gefüllt und die malolaktische Gärung folgt. Eine Gesamtreifung von 18 Monate vor dem Abfüllen.
