The Tokara Sauvignon Blanc 2025 exudes a delicate straw hue, framed by vibrant green tones in the glass. It delights the nose with a complex bouquet highlighting captivating aromas of fresh Cape gooseberries, green apples, lemongrass, and exotic passion fruit. The hand-harvested grapes for this vibrant Sauvignon Blanc are sourced from Stellenbosch and the cooler Elgin region. Upon arrival at the winery, the grapes were pressed immediately, with the free-run and pressed juice kept separate to rest. Selected yeasts were added to the juice, which fermented at a controlled temperature of 15°C in stainless steel tanks before stabilization and bottling.
