Only 0.2 hectares of maritime Chardonnay vines were selected, and nine individual Chardonnay components were blended to achieve this ultimate expression of terroir, resulting in just 900 bottles produced.
This award-winning Chardonnay was aged in oak barrels, maturing for nine months in French barriques, of which 45% were new.
