On the palate, this wine showcases remarkable purity, finely spiced freshness, and an astonishing texture. Delicious notes of aromatic oranges and dried yellow stone fruits harmonize with creamy almond paste. Rich in texture yet elegantly balanced, it boasts luxurious density and exceptional concentration. A vibrant acidity ensures equilibrium, while the taut, chalky structure seamlessly integrates with the oak. Die Trauben für diesen Spitzen-Chardonnay wurden in den frühen Morgenstunden per Hand gelesen und mit großer Sorgfalt ausgelesen und sortiert. Nur der allerbeste Saft wurde in Fässern aus französischer Eiche fermentiert. Nach Abschluss der Gärung wurde der Wein acht Monate auf der Hefe gelassen mit gelegentlichem "Aufrühren" (Batonnage). Der Wein reifte neun Monate in französischen Barriques (40 % Neuholz).
