Radiating with a luminous straw hue, the Uva Mira Single Tree Chardonnay unveils an opulent and luxurious bouquet of Mediterranean peaches, exotic oak spices, and zesty orange peel. On the palate, this wine showcases remarkable purity, finely spiced freshness, and an astonishing texture. Delicious notes of aromatic oranges and dried yellow stone fruits harmonize with creamy almond paste. Rich in texture yet elegantly balanced, it boasts luxurious density and exceptional concentration. The grapes for this premium Chardonnay were handpicked in the early hours, meticulously selected and sorted. Only the finest juice was fermented in French oak barrels. After fermentation, the wine spent eight months on the lees with occasional stirring (Batonnage). It matured for nine months in French barriques (40% new wood).
