With its deep purple hue, the Uva Mira The Mira Shiraz unfolds an aromatic profile reminiscent of a floral bouquet, featuring violet, raspberry, and a mingling of herbal fynbos, alongside lush layers of cherry, cranberry, and pomegranate. On the palate, this esteemed wine reveals remarkable elegance, marked by seductive leather tannins, piquant black olives, and whispers of tobacco and sweet spices. Intense and decadent notes of red fruit and fresh herbs envelop the senses, culminating in a long, pleasantly creamy finish.
Hand-harvested from a drier Shiraz vineyard located in a lower area with iron-rich Oakleaf soils and a warmer microclimate. Grapes are meticulously selected, and this Shiraz ages for 16 months in French oak barrels, with 35% being new wood.
