Val du Charron Aphaea Silk Rosé captivates with its delicate salmon-pink hue, inviting aromas of crushed strawberries intertwined with subtle notes of ripe raspberries and watermelon, complemented by hints of spice and florals. These enticing scents elegantly carry through to the palate, where a vibrant yet harmonious acidity enhances the wine's fresh and elegant character, making it a delightful accompaniment to summer dishes.
The grapes were handpicked at optimal ripeness early in the morning and transported in 20 kg boxes to the winery. They were immediately crushed and cooled overnight in refrigeration. The juice was inoculated with selected yeasts after two days to initiate fermentation, which occurred at a controlled temperature of 16°C in stainless steel tanks, preserving the wine's delicate aromas. Each varietal was fermented separately and blended only after fermentation to maximize complexity before bottling.
