Pale golden in the glass, the Val du Charron Reserve Chardonnay unveils luxurious aromas of zesty lemon, orange zest, and grapefruit. This exquisite wine, with a medium to full-bodied structure, features a tightly knit mid-palate complemented by subtle oak nuances. Its rich mouthfeel is velvety and creamy, the result of prolonged skin and yeast contact, culminating in a persistent and delightful finish.
30% of the wine was fermented in new French oak with six months of fine lees contact. Malolactic fermentation was suppressed.
