Das Traubengut der unterschiedlichen Reb-Blöcke wurde separat am ganzen Bund vinifiziert und über Nacht im Stahltank ruhen gelassen. Am nächsten Morgen wurden die Weine in drittbefüllte Fässer aus französischer Eiche gefüllt, wo der Wein 10 Monate auf der Hefe verbrachte, ohne dabei aufgerührt zu werden. Die malolaktische Fermentierung wurde unterbunden. Bei der Produktion dieses Weins kamen keine kommerziellen Hefen oder Enzyme zum Einsatz.
