Das Traubengut wurde mit großer Sorgfalt ausgelesen und fermentierte temperaturgeregelt in Tanks aus Edelstahl. Die malolaktische Fermentierung fand auf französischer Eiche statt, woraufhin der Wein noch weitere zehn Monate weiter reifte, bevor er zum fertigen Genuss auf die Flasche gefüllt wurde.
