Die Trauben wurden per Hand gelesen und in Teil der Ernte bei kontrollierter Temperatur in Marmor vergoren, der Rest in Edelstahltanks. Eine längere Maischegärung erfolgte bevor der gesamte Wein 12 Monate lang in vorher gebrauchten Fässer aus französischer und amerikanischer Eiche reifen durfte.
