On the nose, it reveals an alluring bouquet of Turkish honey, fragrant raspberry coulis, passion fruit, and exotic lychee. The grape juice was allowed to rest cold, followed by fermentation in stainless steel tanks. The wine remained completely unoaked and matured on its lees for six months, imparting wonderful complexity.
