The Vondeling Rosé unfolds in a delicate and romantic pink hue, accented with subtle orange reflections. On the nose, it reveals an alluring bouquet of Turkish honey, fragrant raspberry coulis, passion fruit, and exotic lychee. The palate greets you with a refreshing vibrancy, showcasing notes of red berry fruits, floral undertones, candied citrus, and a crisp, lively finish.
The grape juice was allowed to rest cold, followed by fermentation in stainless steel tanks. The wine remained completely unoaked and matured on its lees for six months, imparting wonderful complexity.
