The Vrede en Lust White Mischief 2024 embodies a masterfully balanced white wine blend sourced from the cool-climate Elgin region, showcasing an intriguing harmony of six grape varieties. On the nose, it unveils a bouquet of tropical and floral notes, highlighted by delicate hints of white pear, apricots, citrus, and a medley of fruit salad. White Mischief ist eine spannende Weißwein-Cuvée aus sechs verschiedenen Rebsorten, die sich auf umwerfende Art und Weise ergänzen und vollenden. Das handgelesene Traubengut wurde bei Ankunft in der Kellerei zunächst gequetscht und der dabei gewonnene Saft fermentierte temperaturgeregelt in Tanks aus Edelstahl. Nach Abschluss der Gärung reifte der Wein für einen ausgedehenten Zeitraum auf der feinen Hefe, um ein Mehr an Komplexität und Fülle in den Wein zu übertragen. Vor Abfüllung auf die Flasche wurden die sechs Rebsorten verschnitten und leicht gefiltert.
