The Warwick Estate Trilogy unfolds in the glass with a deep garnet hue, boasting a ruby rim. On the nose, it exudes enticing aromas of lavender, mulberries, cedarwood, cigar box, and black berry fruit. This flagship blend from Warwick Estate presents remarkable intensity alongside firm tannins, providing exceptional structure. Its lingering finish is fruity, delivering a refined enjoyment that epitomizes excellence.
Jede Rebsorte wurde separat geerntet, entrappt und von Hand sortiert. Die Weine fermentierten zwischen 20 und 40 Tagen auf der Haut, je nach ihre Tanninstruktur mit drei oder vier Pumpovers pro Tag. Nach Fertigstellung wurde der Wein umgefüllt in französische Eichenfässern (55% neu, 2% dritte Füllung, und 42% vierte Füllung) für einen Zeitraum von 24 Monaten vor ein strenges Auswahlverfahren, bei dem nur die besten Fässer aus den besten Blöcken ausgewählt wurden.
