Information about "Warwick The First Lady Cabernet Sauvignon 2023"

Warwick The First Lady Cabernet Sauvignon exhibits a dense ruby color, releasing enticing aromas of plums, berry fruits, dark chocolate, and subtle cocoa notes. On the palate, this elegant wine reveals a light, aromatic profile with hints of dark berries, cassis, and a touch of vanilla, quintessentially Cabernet Sauvignon. Silky tannins lead to a well-balanced finish.

This wine marks the inaugural release from the First Lady series, with Cabernet Sauvignon being the first variety cultivated and produced at Warwick.

Treatment in the cellar

After harvest, the grapes were destemmed and left on the skins in stainless steel tanks for seven to fourteen days. Malolactic fermentation followed, and the wine matured for 12 months in previously used barrels of various oak sources.
