Das Traubengut für diesen Syrah wurde bei optimalem Reifegrad gelesen und bei geregelten 28° C fermentiert. Nach Abschluss der Gärung ging es in die Presse, woraufhin der Wein zu 100% in 500 l-Fässer aus französischer Eiche gefüllt wurde (20% Neuholz), wo der Wein 12 Monate lang reifen durfte.
