The Zorgvliet Cabernet Franc Rosé presents a delicate salmon pink hue, inviting you to experience its vibrant nose—a captivating blend of fresh red fruits. Die Trauben, 100 % Cabernet Franc, wurden entrappt und leicht gequetscht. Der Saft wurde sofort gepresst (nur die
leichtesten Pressungen werden verwendet) und sieben Tage lang bei 8 °C mit der Rohhefe gerührt. Danach wurde der
klare Saft von der Rohhefe abgezogen und zur Gärung in Edelstahltanks umgefüllt. Reifung für sechs Monate auf der Feinhefe vor der Flaschenabfüllung.
