This Zorgvliet Silver Myn Sauvignon Blanc presents a bright lime-green hue, accented by a touch of yellow. The nose is a vibrant tapestry of green tropical fruits, showcasing green melon, kiwi, and fig—characteristics that evoke the unique Banghoek terroir. Die Trauben wurden gepresst und entrappt. Es wurde etwas Hautkontakt gegeben und der Saft wurde dann gepresst und zwei Tage bei 8 °C kalt geklärt. Danach wurde er mit einem Hefestamm inokuliert und bei 16 °C vergoren. Nach der Gärung wurde der Wein auf der Feinhefe gelassen, woraufhin er zur Abfüllung filtriert wurde.
