The Zorgvliet Single Vineyard Sauvignon Blanc showcases a brilliant yellow hue with vibrant green undertones. On the nose, it offers an intense bouquet of gooseberry, complex tropical fruits, citrus blossoms, lime, and green figs. On the palate, this esteemed white presents a rich and opulent mouthfeel, complemented by a creamy texture and a naturally refreshing acidity. The finish is dry, elongated, and beautifully structured, a testament to its provenance from a certified single vineyard known for producing wines of remarkable intensity.
Das Traubengut wurde komplett entrappt und zerstoßen, woraufhin ein sechs Stunden langer Aufenthalt auf der Haut erfolgte. Anschließend wurde der Saft abgepresst, einer zweitägigen Kaltquellphase bei geregelten 8°C unterzogen und mit ausgewählten Hefen versetzt, um die Fermentierung in Gang zu setzen. Nach Abschluss der Gärung reifte der Wein sechs Monate lang auf der feinen Hefe, um ein Maximum an Komplexität und Cremigkeit in den Wein zu übertragen. 5% wurde im Fass vergoren, um das Mundgefühl zu verbessern.
