Beau Constantia Lucca unveils heavenly aromas of ripe cherries, wild rosemary, and delicate fynbos, charmingly restrained yet inviting exploration with its depth and complexity. The palate is graced with a dense concentration of red berry fruit, complemented by polished tannins, delivering a remarkable structure and texture. This full-bodied and sumptuous wine is beautifully buoyed by its refreshing minerality and floral brightness, leading to a long, finely defined finish. Crafted to showcase the elegance and finesse of these classic Bordeaux varietals, Lucca embodies sophistication in every sip.
Die zur perfekten Reife herangewachsenen Trauben wurden per Hand gelesen und Beere für Beere für den weiteren Produktionsverlauf ausgewählt. Es folgte eine kalte Quellphase, die alkoholische Gärung sowie weitere Quellphasen, welche 25 Tage lang auf der Haut stattfanden. Nach dem Pressen in der traditionellen Korbpresse wurde der Wein in Fässer transferiert. Der Wein reifte 18 Monate lang in kleinen Fässern aus französischer Eiche, von denen 35% Neuholz ausmachten.
