As a tribute to Beyerskloof's Kriekbult Farm, this is the first site-specific Pinotage, crafted from 27-year-old bush vines. The vineyards utilized for this wine are characterized by their distinctive style, expressing the unique qualities of well-aged Pinotage.

Treatment in the cellar

Das Traubengut für diesen erstklassigen Stellenbosch-Pinotage fermentierte vier Tage in offenen Gärtanks, wobei der Tresterhut alle zwei Stunden per Hand untergetaucht wurde. Die Gärtemperatur betrug zwischen 25-28°C. Nach Abschluss der malolaktischen Gärung reifte der Wein 18 Monate lang in 50% neuen sowie in 50% zuvor belegten Fässern.
