Das Traubengut wurde sanft am ganzen Bund gepresst, um eine optimale Fruchtextraktion zu gewährleisten. Anschließend fermentierte und reifte der Chardonnay eine Gesamtzeit von sechs Monaten zu 50 % in neuen 225 l Fässern aus französischem Eichenholz sowie zu 50 % in älteren, zuvor belegten und größeren französischen Barriques. Abschließend wurden die beiden Komponenten in Tanks aus Edelstahl verschnitten und der fertige Wein auf die Flasche gefüllt.
