Die Trauben wurden per Hand geerntet und leicht gepresst. Gärung erfolgte in Edelstahltanks, wonach der Wein für 10 bis 12 Monate in Edelstahl reifte. Nach abfüllung ruhte der Wein für weitere 6 Monate in der Flasche vor veröffentlichung.
