Vineyard Stark-Condé Wines
José Condé, the cosmopolitan owner and winemaker of the winery, runs the farm together with his father-in-law Hans Schröder.
From the beginning, the focus has been on quality and selection of the best vineyards. Due to the optimal geographical and climatic location of the Jonkershoek Valley in Stellenbosch, Stark-Condé has specialised in the cultivation and vinification of red Bordeaux grape varieties. Already in the year 2000 José could celebrate great triumphs with his Cabernet Sauvignon and his Shiraz.
