Wine recommendations for pasta
Not only Italian wine goes well with pasta, but also a strong red wine from South Africa or Portugal. Tomato sauces pair well with fruity, heavy reds such as Shiraz or Cabernet Sauvignon or Tinta Roriz, while cream sauces go well with a chilled rosé or fruity Chardonnay.
