Wine recommendations for vegetarian dishes

With vegetarian dishes, it depends on the type of preparation. In general, white wines with fruity, crisp, fresh notes go very well with vegetables and complement the flavour experience. Sauvignon Blancs, Chardonnays or Arintos would be our recommendation. If you are serving vegetarian pasta dishes or dishes with rice, you can also serve a light red wine. Soft cuvées or reds with little tannin are a great alternative.
