White Wines – Cool, Crisp & Invigorating
On hot days, fresh white wines are the first choice. Portuguese varieties such as Alvarinho, Arinto, or light Vinho Verde blends impress with citrus notes, fine minerality, and refreshing acidity. They are sleek and precise – ideal with seafood, salads, or grilled fish. From South Africa, aromatic Sauvignon Blanc and elegant Chenin Blanc delight with notes of tropical fruit, lime, and white blossom. Served well chilled, they deliver pure refreshment.
Rosé – The Star of Summer
Few wines capture the spirit of summer like Rosé.
