Wine recommendations with cheese
You can't generally say that red wine goes well with cheese, it depends a little on the cheese. The wine should always be a good complement. With very strong cheeses, such as blue mould or Stilton, we love a sweet component, which is perfectly covered by port wine. A white wine can also be served with mild, fine cheeses such as cream cheese or soft cheese.
